Los Angeles, California July 5, 1931 Dear Mr. Hall, Please accept my sincere congratulations for the promotion of the Post-Gatty world flight. I am enclosing a clipping from the L.A. Times which I think is quite a nice expresion from Oklahoma's own Will Rogers. I am a "Southerner" therefore am still quite human, hence this little note to you.
